Join me for an afternoon of stillness, deep reflection and healing, in the Willow room amid the beautiful gardens at Cockenzie House and Gardens. Commune and connect with Mama Cacao, heal your heart and harness the power of the Full moon to release and let go of what no longer serves you.I am super excited for this session and look forward to welcoming you into this beautiful heart space!
We will connect with the sacred Cacao plant to open the heart chakra as Cacao increases the flow of blood to the heart. Cacao is a heart healer and a gateway to higher consciousness, fuelling inspiration and creativity. Mama cacao spiritually connects to mother earth affectionally known as Pacha mama. Pacha mama and the spirit of water connect to swadhistana (sacral chakra) aiding the release and flow of pent-up emotions. This sacred plant medicine is a powerful tool for the clearing away of emotional blockages held in the heart centre.
We will combine this sacred heart medicine with journaling and powerful guided meditations designed to heal, hear what is in your heart and find your true path.
We will harness the powerful energy of the Full Moon to release emotional blocks that are holding us back and let go of what no longer serves us at this time.
Weather permitting, we will also make use of the beautiful outside space for breaks and reflection.
You will:
• Connect with your heart centre to ascertain your desires in alignment with what is true for you.
• Experience a powerful guided meditation which will take you to your heart space to find the answer/s to any question you have about your true path.
• Participate in a guided cord cutting meditation to let go of what no longer serves you and release any negative attachments from past relationships. The energies of the full moon are the perfect time for release for as she then wanes so we can let go.
• Connect with the beat of the Shamanic Drum and allow your body to talk and express itself through spontaneous movement. This will enable the auric field and the physical body to free itself of all the stagnant emotions and energies that are now ready to be released.
The day will conclude with a prayer and meditation for gratitude and grounding.
We will pause to journal and reflect regularly throughout the afternoon.

What to bring: Please bring your own special cup for your cacao, a journal and pen, and a small item of meaning to you to place on the alter during the session. You may wish to bring an eye cover for meditations if required. Yoga mats will be provided however you are welcome to bring your own if preferred and for additional comfort. There will also be chairs available if you are uncomfortable or unable to sit or lie on the floor.
