We will begin with a cacao ceremony, a heart-opening ritual that allows us to invoke spirit, connect with lunar energy, and set powerful intentions for this cycle. Cacao gently opens the heart, helping us listen more deeply to our inner guidance and the wisdom of the moon.
From this sacred space, you will be guided through a chakra balancing meditation, designed to restore harmony to the body’s energy centers through breath, awareness, and intention. There will be no physical yoga practice, allowing you to fully relax and receive.
The entire experience will be woven together with sound therapy, using healing vibrations to calm the nervous system, release emotional and energetic tension, and guide you into a meditative state of balance and clarity.
Please bring a mat, blanket, and anything you need to feel warm and supported.
