We invite you to join us in a Full Moon Sacred Cacao Ceremony.Join us for these profound experiences of ceremony, transformation, activation, and connection.
Cacao is known to open and allow access to our heart center, where our connection to self and spirit resides. It can also raise our overall vibration.
Following the cacao meditation where we honour this sacred plant medicine, (depending if William, or our sound healing facilitators are available) we will lay absorbing the healing vibrational frequencies of the beautifully unique sound of the yidaki didgeridoo, and/or the crystal healing bowls / or other instruments to take us deeper into meditation.
We will then guide you through holotropic breathwork – an exceptionally powerful, natural method of self-exploration and personal transformation.
Breathwork involves a combination of deep and rapid breathing. Knowing that using our breath, we can intentionally shift our state of being, taking you into a deeper state of awareness, stillness, opening up the possibilities of creative inspiration and altered states of consciousness.
This experience can transcend time and space, and allow you to access deeper parts of self, and into the unified field of consciousness. Allowing your breath to take you exactly where you need in consciousness for greater healing and transformation.
During this journey, you may also be caressed with the healing frequencies of light language which may activate the codes to your own original blueprint, recalibrating, aligning, igniting, and awakening to your unique soul essence and love-consciousness.
This is a journey dedicated to the heart. A coming home to yourself, and to another level of consciousness.
It is time to remember that you are more than just a human being, much more. You are consciousness having a human experience. That within your heart is a sacred place where through heart coherence, the world can literally be remade through conscious co-creation.
Following the breathwork, we will then have a light supper, serving up a delicious home-made pumpkin soup to assist with grounding us back in to our bodies, and participate in satsang - a sharing of your experience before the session ends.
There are some conditions and contraindications to consider (you can still participate with a modified practice (please discuss with us, or your primary health care provider):
- Cardiovascular issues
- Chronic respiratory conditions
- Pregnancy
- Heavy duty medications (that might be sensitive to changes in oxygen levels).
- Severe mental health concerns
- History of aneurism or seizures
- Osteoporosis
Please note that Breathwork has been deemed as a LOW-RISK therapy.
Tickets are at a very low price of $55 for such an event, and an additional donation is gratefully appreciated. These cacao ceremonies are our most significant monthly event which brings funds in to the centre which contributes partially to the running costs of the centre.
