As we move deeper into the heart of winter, the Full Moon rises as a luminous mirror — illuminating what lies within and inviting us to soften into the richness of the season’s yin.
Winter is the time when the earth slows, the soil sleeps, and the inner world becomes louder than the outer one. Under this moon, we meet ourselves gently, with honesty, tenderness, and breath.
In this ceremony, we gather with Mama Cacao, the heart medicine of the earth, to open the pathways of remembrance and return to the wisdom held within the body. The Full Moon shines a light on what is ready to be released, what is ready to be honoured, and what is asking to be felt.
Through her warmth, Cacao guides us home to the feminine within — the soft strength that emerges from surrender, the clarity that comes from stillness, and the deep rest the winter season asks of us.
Together we journey through cacao, somatic movement, energy healing, and prayer — attuning to the rhythm of the dark season and allowing the Full Moon to illuminate the inner landscape. This is a time for purification, reflection, and opening space for what wants to shift.
