Experience the heart-opening ritual of a Cacao Ceremony—an ancient practice designed to honor sacred plant medicine, set powerful intentions, and connect with your inner joy. Emerce yourself in with a dedicated Full Moon Practice to harness the potent energy of the moon.
Following the ceremony, a Guided Meditation will help you release doubt and empower your inner wisdom. We will then transition into a restorative Sound Bath. Through the healing power of frequency, we’ll work to clear energy blockages and stimulate alpha brain waves, shifting you into a deep state of relaxation, coherence, and harmony.

• What to bring: Please bring comfy clothing, blankets, and yoga mats to ensure you are cozy during the session.
• Accessibility: Held on the ground floor. The venue is accessible, though please note they do not have fully accessible toilets; staff are incredibly accommodating and happy to assist.
