Join us for this transformative Full Moon Breathwork & Sound Healing Circle, a workshop designed to help you harness the powerful energy of the full moon and let go of what no longer serves you. Access deep inner wisdom, clarity, and healing to release old patterns and limiting beliefs as you align your subconscious with your life vision.Breathwork is a powerful practice rooted in ancient spiritual wisdom and proven by cutting-edge research. Paired with soothing sound healing instruments including singing bowls and gongs, this experience will guide you to soothe your nervous system, reclaim your energy, awaken your intuition, and clear out emotional blockages by leveraging the power of your breath.
Through this guided breathwork session, you will embark on a journey of deep inner exploration and healing. The breathwork we’ll use is a nourishing, relaxing three-part pattern of pranayama and breath holds, which focuses on harmonizing, optimizing, and healing your body’s systems holistically.
Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to breathwork, this circle offers a safe and supportive space to connect with your breath and leverage the full moon’s cleansing energy.
At this workshop, you will:
*** Nourish your mind, body, and soul for the winter season, shaking off any holiday stress and toning your nervous system.
*** Reflect on your intentions and goals through guided journaling prompts and facilitated community discussion.
*** Experience a breathwork journey paired with sound healing instruments (crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more).
*** Align your subconscious in support of your goals through guided visualization exercises.
*** Learn the mechanics of breathwork practices that you can use at home for years to come.
Enhance your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being while connecting with a supportive community centered on empowerment, growth, and healing. Come with an open mind and leave feeling lighter, rejuvenated, and aligned with your highest self.
Note: There are some health conditions that will require augmented breathing instructions, this will be discussed at the beginning of class but please reach out to [email protected] with any questions. Please bring a notebook and writing utensil for reflective exercises that will aid you in going deeper.
