How to prepare:
Please allow yourself a quiet and comfortable place to feel safe and open to the healing energy.
Please show up on time for the sound bath! We will begin this journey together to honor those on time; please do not be late and disturb the sacred space!
Have a journal to write about your experiences after the healing meditation.
Arrive with an open heart and mind! Let go of any expectations and trust the healing process. Healing is intelligent
You are welcome to bring anything supporting you for a more comfortable experience: A yoga mat, blankets, pillows, eyeshades, water, crystals, other sacred objects, etc.
All are welcome. No experience is necessary. Sound baths provide an opportunity to relax and journey into a healing, meditative, and enhanced awareness. Participants experience numerous benefits: stress relief, deep cleansing, and powerful rejuvenation. There is nothing you need to do, know or believe. Join us for a powerful yet relaxed evening of connection, empowerment, healing sound, and vibration.

Our guest presenters prepare well in advance for their offerings in the studio. However, out of respect for their time, energy, and devotion to what they offer our community, refunds for cancellations and transfers for missed events can only be offered with at least a 72-hour notice.
