The Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience is an active meditation that uses the breath to enter into a non-ordinary state of consciousness, creating the opportunity for inner exploration and rest.

After our breathwork journey, we will conclude with a deeply restorative sound bath to help integrate your experience. The soothing vibrations will wash over you, guiding your nervous system into a state of profound relaxation. Sound healing enhances the benefits of breathwork by balancing energy, calming the mind, and allowing for deeper emotional release.
No experience is necessary. Bring a journal, pillow, a yoga mat, and an open mind. Registration is required as space is limited. Please consult with your doctor before doing breathwork if you have any of the following conditions. Pregnancy, have a history of seizures, brain aneurysms, torn retina, glaucoma, untreated high blood pressure, heart disease or are recovering from surgery. If you have extreme PTSD, please consult with your therapist before attending breathwork.
