Join us on October 20th for an afternoon under the Full Moon in Aries. This special ceremony is designed to slow you down, guide you inward, and awaken your spirit through a journey of breathwork, cacao, and sound.
A Full Moon ceremony offers a sacred space to pause, reflect, realign your energy with your intentions, and release what no longer serves you. As the Full Moon symbolizes the conclusion of one cycle and the dawn of another, it presents a powerful opportunity for renewal.
What to Expect:
- Guided Mediation: Begin with a guided meditation to help you connect with yourself and align your energy centers.
- Cacao Ceremony: Open your hearts and begin the work of releasing through this sacred plant medicine.
- Breathwork: Join us for a powerful 45-minute breathwork session, tapping into a deeper state of consciousness and releasing what no longer serves you.
- Sound Bath: Experience the healing vibrations of sound, designed to harmonize your mind, body, and spirit.
- Integration Circle: Conclude the evening with a reflective circle, where we will share insights and support each other in weaving the wisdom gained into our daily lives.
