SPECIAL YOGA EVENT for the MAY FLOWER FULL MOON!! Enjoy the healing powers of the full moon as we dive deep into a restorative, slow flow vinyasa class in Redondo Beach, just south of the Redondo Beach Jetty.

Dig your toes into the sand, shake off the weight of the day, and let the full moon take you on a journey of relaxation and rebuilding.
Class will begin just before sunset and will continue into the evening so we can appreciate the beauty of the full moon. This rejuvenating, non-traditional 75 min experience provides a combination of restorative vinyasa yoga and gentle core exercise focusing on balance, flexibility, and relaxation.

MEET ON THE BEACH CLOSE TO THE WATER near Topaz St in Redondo Beach, south of the jetty and lifeguard tower.
*PLEASE ARRIVE 10-15 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS*
PARKING: Metered and Street Parking all around the area. FREE STREET PARKING on Catalina and Broadway near Topaz St. Please read the signs.

WHAT TO BRING:
- Yoga Mat, Blanket, and/or Beach Towel (large towel or blanket under your mat helps keep the sand off the mat)
-Props you might need - block or strap (not provided)
- Water Bottle
- Fitness or Yoga clothes
- Layers, Jacket or Blanket for Savasana (it's been chilly after sunset)
- Beverages and snacks to continue the fun after class!
