Join Ann-Marie and Alyssa from Sacred Shell Healing May 1st 7pm on the Beach - Coming together for community, the moon, movement, and sounds of the bowls against the waves and wind. Singing bowls are vessels of sound and stillness—simple, shimmering circles that awaken when touched. Their voices rise in long, shimmering waves, drifting through the room like ripples across water. As their tones bloom and fade, they invite the mind to soften, the breath to deepen, and the heart to settle into quiet presence.
In their resonance, people often find a moment of pause—a gentle clearing where calm can gather and the noise of the world falls away.
