Our next upcoming Full Moon Yoga Event is Friday, June 21st at 6:30PM!Partnering with Ignite Yoga and Fitness. Bring a friend and a large towel or bed sheet instead of a yoga mat so you don’t get too sandy. Parking is always available in the garage, otherwise make sure you allow 90min-2 hours on your meter. The class is one hour, plus 15min before to get settled, and 15 min after to burn away everything we want to release and let go of. Also included is Tibetan and 7 Chakra crystal bowl sound healing in Savasana. The most relaxing meditation. We will also be raffling a special transformational sound frequency vibrational healing from Atlas Frecuencias. Can’t wait to see you there!!
Join us on the sand, north side of the Pompano Beach Pier. We will be directly behind the Beach House restaurant. Of course we will always have our written list of things to let go of and burn in the fire to release on the full moon, plus writing down what we want to manifest. THIS IS NOT A FREE CLASS, IT IS DONATION BASED. Suggested donation is between $10-$30 per beach yoga class event. Thank you for your appreciation for all the work we put into these events to help the community. We are grateful for your generosity!
