Heather & Jill will guide this event, combining Reiki and Vinyasa Yoga. An intention setting gift bag is included, and light refreshments to honor the strawberry moon will be offered to close the evening. Parking is available onsite. There are also multiple city lots within a few minutes walking distance. We'll begin at Yoga Now Pompano Beach, walk to the beach for our intention ceremony and then conclude at Yoga Now Pompano Beach. We hope you'll join us!
