Join us for a magical evening as we welcome the Pink Full Moon, a symbol of renewal and blossoming energy.
This unique experience blends yoga, crystal healing, tea tasting and a mindful woodland walk up to Solomon’s Temple for the sunset, guiding you into deep connection with nature’s rhythms.
Your experience includes:
🧘♀️ Full Moon Yoga in the Cavern – Join Karen, a Nature’s Rhythm Yoga Teacher and Wellness Practitioner for a celebration of the Pink Full Moon, featuring a 20-minute balancing Full Moon yoga practice inside Poole's Cavern.
🌬 Balancing breathwork – Tune into the natural stillness of the cave and ground your energy.
🔮 Crystal energy & moon magic – Discover the properties of calcite, moonstone, fluorite, selenite, and rose quartz, with an opportunity to purchase your own crystals from our selection.
🍵 Artisan ‘pink’ teas – Relax with a warming cup of Raspberry Lemonade, Peach Berry Crush, or Cherry Bakewell tea at the Café at the Cavern.
🌳 Guided walk through Grin Low Woods – Connect with the woodland as we link our yoga practices to the trees.
🌄 Sunset at Solomon’s Temple (weather permitting) – Enjoy a tranquil moment under the glowing sky.
Important details:
The yoga session is fully standing and suitable for all levels but still involves movement.
The walk to Solomon’s Temple includes steps, inclines, and uneven ground – please wear sturdy shoes and warm layers (Please also note that the Cavern temperature is 7°C).
A health questionnaire will be required before the session.
Headtorches will be provided for the walk, although you are welcome to provide your own.
Yoga mats are not required for this activity.
