Join us as we stand together in circle. You will work with the powerful energies of the moon while the sound of the sacred drum moves you inward to deep wisdom.You will have an opportunity to drum or use percussion instruments if you so choose as we raise energy to set our intentions.
The drum will guide you on a meditation to meet that intention with insight and discovery. This is a safe container and a beautiful place to soak up some self care and support from kindred spirits and soul family.
Please bring the following:
🌟Yoga mat or blanket to lie on
🌟A blanket to keep you warm
🌟A blindfold or scarf to cover your eyes
🌟Journal & Pen
🌟Any sacred items you would like to put on the centre altar to charge in circle
🌟Drum, rattle or percussion instrument (Only if you have them and want to bring)
🌟Dress comfortably and layers.
