The full moon has been celebrated for millennia in ancient cultures for its magic, mystery, and unique energy. On June 22nd, we'll honor this celestial event with the beautiful plant medicine of sacred Cacao.
What is Cacao? Known as the "Food of the Gods" by ancient Mayan and Aztec civilizations, it holds a rich history steeped in tradition and reverence. Sourced from the seeds of the Theobroma cacao tree, this sacred plant medicine has been cherished for its powerful effects on the mind, body, and spirit for centuries.
Rich in active components such as theobromine, phenylethylamine, and anandamide, cacao offers a gentle yet profound experience. It promotes feelings of euphoria, relaxation, and heart-centered awareness, allowing for deep introspection and emotional release. This activity will clarify your desires and give them power by connecting them with the energy of the ceremony and the full moon. It's a simple yet powerful way to align yourself with your dreams and move towards them with purpose and clarity.
Cacao: Sip hot sacred cacao with intention as we open our hearts.
Meditation: Journey inward to bring your body, mind, and spirit into harmony and experience the present moment fully.
Yoga: Utilize the vibrant energy from cacao in a magical yoga class.
Intuitive Movement: Embrace spontaneous, free-flowing movement that arises from within, allowing your body to express itself authentically.

Please bring comfortable clothes, a bottle of water, and feel free to bring your own yoga mat or use one provided at the studio on the second floor, above Downtown Winery.
Please arrive on time, as doors will close at 7:05 p.m.
