From September 7th - September 30th, Viridian is throwing a Mid-Autumn Festival celebration like you've never experienced before. In its inaugural year, FULL MOON is our inventive pop-up twist on all your Harvest Moon favorites.
Available only during FULL MOON, Executive Chef Kevin Tang and Executive Pastry Chef Vince Bugtong are swapping out Viridian's regular rotation to present modern spins on dishes and desserts inspired by classic Mid-Autumn flavors. Continuing in theme with the food are limited-time only Mid-Autumn cocktails created by Beverage Director William Tsui. Stay tuned as we announce special events and more happening during FULL MOON.

Hours: Wednesday - Sunday | 5:00pm - Late
Kitchen: As below, or until supplies last.
- Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday | 5:00pm - 10:00pm
- Friday, Saturday | 5:00pm - 11:00pm
Tickets: Not required. Seats are given on a walk-in, first-come, first-served basis. Items may be ordered à la carte.
Pro Tip: Arriving when doors open or late at night is generally the best way to beat the crowd. Popular food items sell out quickly, so arrive early to catch our most in-demand dishes.
