Upon your arrival, at check-in you will receive a healing crystal 💎 to cherish throughout your journey and take home as a keepsake.
- Unwind and get grounded with a few gentle stretches and calming breathwork
- Harness the energy with astrology insights to support the journey.
- Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of crystal bowl sound bath w/ other healing tools, the pure ocean waves, and sacred music/mantra by the shore.
- Meditate 🧘♀️ under the stars, rejuvenate in nature, and have a beautiful evening with the March Full Moon.
At the end of the session, take a moment to dip your toes into the sacred ocean waters ༄ and let go of everything that no longer serves you in a seaside release ritual, all while admiring the shimmering full moon over the sea.
The instructor will provide verbal guidance using a high-quality audio system, ensuring that everyone can easily follow along. This class is open to all in a judgment-free, non-competitive healing community where everyone is welcome.

For over 18 years on Fort Lauderdale Beach, we have hosted a series of events during the full moon phase, along with daily classes. Each gathering is unique! Be sure to secure your spot and read all the details about this enchanting evening below.

🎒 WHAT TO BRING?
BYO a large beach towel or blanket for better coverage on the sand to practice on. *No yoga mat is necessary and we do not have rentals.
It can get chilly on the beach at night, so bring yummy layers or cover-ups.
A bag is essential to keep your belongings from getting lost in the sand.
We will provide lights on the beach during the event.
If you plan to stay afterward, feel free to bring your own light or simply enjoy the moonlight.

Based on the terrain conditions for the day, is where we will set up to create comfortable areas for ticket holders. 🚩 **LOOK FOR COLORFUL FLAGS NEAR THE SHORE, LIGHTS 💡, AND THE CHECK-IN AREA.**

We are at the beach! Instead of relying on the daily forecast, we monitor the hourly forecast and radar specific to OUR location. Weather conditions (such as wind, rain, and temperature) can vary significantly from one side of town to the other. In case of uncertain weather in our area, we will issue a special announcement on the alerts tab on the homepage of our website and our FB & IG social. If the event is canceled, all attendees receive a full refund with confrimation email, and we will notify attendees at least 90 minutes prior to the event—unless an unforeseen emergency arises.
