Movements and breathwork will be guided, but are not mandatory. This is a judgment-free, non-competitive healing space.
The teacher will demonstrate movements and provide verbal guidance through a high-quality sound system, making it easy for everyone to follow along.

For over 18 years on Fort Lauderdale Beach, we have hosted a series of events during the full moon phase, along with daily classes. Each gathering is unique! Be sure to secure your spot and read all the details about this enchanting evening below.

🔸🎒 Beach Essentials to Bring
A large beach towel or blanket for added coverage on the sand for you to practice on —no yoga mat required. (*We do not rent towels or mats) BYO drink to stay hydrated.
It can get chilly on the beach after sunset, so remember to bring layers or cover-ups.
A bag is essential for keeping your belongings organized and preventing them from getting lost in the sand.
We have lighting on the beach during the event; if you plan to stay afterward, feel free to bring your own light or enjoy the beautiful moonlight.
Plan for extra travel time to the beachside, park, check-in, and spend extra time on the beach. Event duration 90 minutes + personal time afterwards.

We are at the beach! Instead of relying on the daily forecast, we monitor the hourly forecast and radar specific to OUR location. Weather conditions (such as wind, rain, and temperature) can vary significantly from one side of town to the other. In case of uncertain weather in our area, we will issue a special announcement on the alerts tab on the homepage of our website. If the event is canceled, we will notify attendees at least 90 minutes prior to the class—unless an unforeseen emergency arises.
To all ticket holders: please remember to check your email for any last-minute alerts and/or review the weather alerts tab on our homepage at www.BeachYogaFit.com before coming to the event.
⚠️ Cancel/Refund Policy for this special event:
- Canceled events receive a 100% refund.
- For general refunds with a 24+ hour notice, you can easily process this yourself. Just navigate to your ticket settings to initiate your refund. If you provide less than 24 hours' notice, refunds or credits will not be granted. We are not liable for any personal circumstances that might prevent your attendance, including travel, health, or other issues.

I hereby 100% agree to the following:
1. I am participating in classes or services during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga, fitness, and health. I recognize that yoga, fitness, and movement require physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in any physical fitness program, including yoga. I represent and warrant that I have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in physical fitness activities.
3. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga, fitness and all other classes, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known and unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the program.
4. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the yoga, fitness, and all other classes, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against all the instructors and presenters including Lisa Pumper, Analia Tower, Marco Lee, Erik Leiux, the owner, or the leaseholder of the building for injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in classes or workshops held at Fort Lauderdale Beach Yoga, LO/OP (las olas oceanside park), City of Fort Lauderdale, Yoga community of Florida LLC, & Bonnet House Museum & Gardens.
5. Any participation in other classes or events at Fort Lauderdale Beach Yoga, LO/OP (las olas oceanside park), City of Fort Lauderdale, Lisa Pumper, Yoga community of Florida LLC, Bonnet House Museuem & Gardens (such as yoga, fitness, dance, etc...) that I will also assume full responsibility for any injuries that may result from my participation, with the same considerations that this waiver stipulates for yoga, fitness & all.. (items 1-4 above).
6. All movements/postures/guidance that is cued and/or demoed are only suggested, and NOT required for everyone to perform. All participants, including myself, will listen to our bodies and do what feels good. If something does not feel good for me, I will immediately stop the movement or posture, or modify it to suit my body's needs. I choose to also sit down, breathe, and enjoy being in a good healing space.
