What is HYROX?
Eight functional stations with a 1 km run between each:

100 Wall Balls

What to ExpectFull Simulation:
Run the entire format start to finish — Solo, Doubles or with a Relay Team.Coached Environment: HYROX Ambassadors + MRT Coaches on-floor with tips and pacing guidance.
Self-Timed: Bring a watch/phone; this is about preparation, not podiums.
BYO Warm-Up: Arrive early and be ready to roll.
Divisions & Waves
