9:00–10:30: Sport Specific Training
10:30– 11:45:Sport Specific Training
11:45–12:45: Lunch
12:45–2:00: Games and Free Play
2:00 – 4:30: Choice Time (field, outdoor hoops, gym, turf, Eastern Trail outdoor games
