Peter, a Reiki Master, NLP Master practitioner, IEMT practitioner and sound therapist... will be using different instruments and frequencies to target healing from within, bringing harmony and balance to all 7 chakras. This sound bath is a great all rounder for you to attend if you're feeling out of sorts, in need of soomething to help with your general wellbeing, or even stepping into the benefits of sound therapy.This sound bath will begin with a grounding breathwork and relaxation exercise before moving into the sound therapy session..
Brief schedule below:
5pm- 5:05pm- Introduction / expectation of session
5:05pm - 5:20pm - Guided breath work and relaxation
5:20pm - 6:05pm Sound bath for general chakra balancing
6:05pm - Optional Departure
6:05pm - 7pm Optional tea and social to discuss experience with Peter/ each other.
7pm - Goodbyes
