!!Please bring your own mat!!A full body workout using TRX suspension trainers and bodyweight.
Perfect for increasing strength, general conditioning for most sports (particularly running, triathlon and martial arts), toning and fat burning. Generally aimed at intermediate level but I can adapt for beginners or more advanced athletes as required.
Class will consist of a 10min warm up, a fully body workout including upper body, lower body, push/pull core and a little cardio. Followed by a 10 min cool down stretch.
