Workout description:
Join us for a full body strength and conditioning class designed for all fitness levels! This workout is divided into upper and lower body focused circuits consisting of both isolation and compound movements. It is also designed to “go at your own pace” so you can maximize the movements to the best of YOUR abilities! Let’s celebrate PRIDE month by moving our bodies!

Bio:
Cali Hines is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor at FLIGHT and KLASS! Cali specializes in strength and conditioning style workouts, and her passion is to help people feel their strongest and most confident.
As a competitive multi-sport athlete, Cali developed a passion for athletics and fitness at a young age that carried through to a collegiate career playing basketball. Immersing herself in athletics for most of her life gave her a thirst for more knowledge of the human body; this led to a career in healthcare beginning in 2010 as a medical laboratory technician and, now, a registered nurse in the emergency department.
While health, sports, and fitness has always been a part of her life, it wasn’t until she went on her own journey of transformation that she realized she wanted to help others become a stronger, more confident, and healthier version of themselves. Cali is so grateful to be able to share my experience & passion for all things health & wellness with others at the professional level every single day!
