She will follow with selected readings from "Be Here Now" by Ram Das while Corey "Yoga Bro" Happel plays soft, ambient sound healing instruments.Although all necessary props are available, you are encouraged to bring your mat(s), a pillow and additional blanket(s) for extra comfort.
