Gentle all-levels yoga class on the beach with the best community on the Space Coast!

Letting go ceremony to close the year

?Stay after class for the Space Coast Drum Circle and bonfire, dance the night away with our vibrant local community! ???

Yoga mat or large blanket or beach towel

Water bottle to stay hydrated

A friend and your open heart

? Free community event, all ages + all levels welcome

The Cold Moon marks the final full moon of the year a time to reflect on how far you’ve come, release lingering energy from the past, and create space for what’s next.
