Join us for FUGUES: A SYMPHONY OF NIGHTMARES — VOL. 2, a theatrical double feature in the short-form from the ongoing horror anthology created by filmmaker Jeffrey Prosser and co-written with Gage Nelson. What began as an experimental late-night broadcast has grown into a rapidly expanding cult phenomenon online — and for one night only, you can experience it the way it was meant to be seen: on the big screen, with an audience.

Presented in the style of a surreal public-access transmission, the evening blends cinematic storytelling, analog horror aesthetics, immersive sound, and retro broadcast ephemera into a continuous program.

PROGRAM LINEUP:

FUGUES EPISODE 3 — THE MEDIUM (12 min)

Starring Karen Lancaster

A grieving woman seeks closure from a renowned psychic medium. But as the session deepens, the boundaries between the living and the dead begin to dissolve — and something unexpected answers the call.

FUGUES EPISODE 4 — THE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM (6 min)

Starring Alexis Sabo, Yardira Orozco, and Erica Wise

At a seemingly ordinary gathering, an unspoken presence looms over the room. As tensions rise, denial gives way to dread, revealing a truth no one is willing to confront.

The evening begins with a live audiovisual atmosphere set by Pilotmfx, establishing the tonal frequency for the broadcast to follow.

COMMERCIAL BREAKS — Public Access Limited (@publicaccesslimited)

Interspersed throughout the program are original analog-style commercials, PSAs, and interstitial broadcasts produced by Public Access Limited (PAL) — blurring the line between fiction and transmission.

WHAT IS FUGUES?

FUGUES: A SYMPHONY OF NIGHTMARES is a serialized horror anthology exploring encounters with the malevolent, the benevolent, and the inexplicable. Each episode functions as a self-contained story while contributing to a larger mythology centered on signals, memory, and unseen forces.

Combining narrative cinema with experimental broadcast formats, FUGUES evokes the feeling of stumbling upon a late-night transmission not meant for you — but impossible to turn off.

The series releases in both long-form and serialized “chapter” versions online and has built a rapidly growing audience across platforms.

ABOUT THE CREATORS

Jeffrey Prosser — Creator / Director / Writer
Los Angeles–based filmmaker and creative director known for blending narrative cinema with experimental media formats. His work spans commercials, music videos, and independent film, with FUGUES representing his most ambitious original project to date.

Gage Nelson — Co-Writer
Screenwriter based in northern California whose work explores psychological horror, world building, surrealism, and character-driven dread.

ABOUT PUBLIC ACCESS LIMITED (PAL)

Public Access Limited is a fictional volunteer broadcasting organization devoted to documenting anomalous phenomena, unexplained events, and transmissions from beyond conventional understanding.
