About This Event
Join us for a fun, empowering, and informative workshop designed specifically for teen/tween girls and their parental figure. This experience focuses on what it really means to fuel a growing body — supporting energy, mood, focus, and long-term health during one of the most important stages of development.
Led by our Registered Dietitian, Katherine Taylor, this session will simplify nutrition in a way that’s practical, approachable, and easy to apply at home — without extremes or confusion.
