Fuel for Life: Cooking Demo
Join us for a meaningful and energizing event that brings together community, wellness, and giving back. The live cooking demonstration is focused on simple, delicious, and nutrient-rich recipes that support overall health and recovery.
This engaging demo will be facilitated by Christine Leo, Food Service Manager with , who will showcase plant-forward, iron-rich dishes designed to help replenish and nourish the body - perfect for blood donors and anyone looking to boost their energy through food. You will pick up easy tips, and leave with recipes you can recreate at home.
Give back, refuel, and be inspired to live well - inside and out.
NOTE: Due to limited space, registration is required. Donating blood is not a requirement to attending the cooking demo. All are welcome!
