About this Event

About this event

Join us for an evening of astrological learning centred on the Moon and its significance in astrology.

Together, we'll journey into the meaning of the moon in astrology and how it reflects our inner worlds, emotional rhythms, and ways of caring for one another. The aim is to promote wellbeing practices using astrology as a fun discussive medium.

In astrology, the Moon reflects our emotional needs, how we seek comfort and how we like to be nurtured. Through guided discussion and experiential learning, we'll deepen our connection to these themes and to one another. This workshop will be a multi-sensory experience, weaving together visual, sensual, and auditory elements to invite intuition, embodiment and presence.
Come as you are, there is no pressure to be an expert astrologer.

This workshop is created for QTIPOC folks who want to better understand their inner emotional landscape and how to maintain this, and for individuals who wish to deepen their relationship with community by learning how to ask for support, how to offer it with intention and how to honour different emotional needs.

Participants are encouraged to read the Exhale Community Agreement before the first session, which will be emailed in advance. This outlines shared values around respect, confidentiality, and collective care.

Light bites will be provided.

About For us, By us (FuBu)

For Us, By Us is a nine-month project running from September 2025 - April 2026. The project aims to strengthen our community’s resilience by developing the skills and capacity for community leadership.

As part of this, over the past few months Exhale has been working with 6 people from the community, providing them with training and support to co-create and deliver a programme of free events for the QTIPoC+ community, running from January - April 2026.

This event has been organised and will be delivered by one of the participants of this project. This will be the first event they have fully organised and delivered alone so we ask that you bring your patience, trust and openness.

Thank you to the GCVS Communities Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund for funding this project.
