About this Event
FSL Challenge Fund: Dec. 5th Workshop Dinner Event
Join us for an engaging professional development event designed to enhance French language teaching practices in French Immersion and Core French classrooms! This session will focus on sharing research-based strategies to support the development of oral language skills, aligned with Scarborough’s Rope and a structured approach to literacy in FSL.
FSL educators will have the opportunity to collaborate and network with peers, building confidence and fostering a strong community of practice. Teacher candidates will also learn more about career opportunities within our boards, supporting the recruitment and retention of talented FSL educators.
We’ll also explore ways to boost student engagement by connecting to the FSL Framework goals, differentiation, and ensuring that FSL is accessible for all learners. Whether you’re a seasoned educator or just starting out, this event promises to be a valuable opportunity for growth and collaboration in French language education!
