With their beautiful restaurant and fishmongers on Swains Lane, London Shell Co is a Mecca for seafood lovers. After the success of our last event together, we are thrilled to be teaming up with them again for an evening of fine wine and oysters. Tonight, co-owner Harry Lobek and executive chef Fede Pollame from London Shell Co will be opening six of their favourite oysters and telling us about them while we pair them with a selection of seriously gastronomic wines.Expect mineral whites, saline fino Sherry and of course something sparkling, in a tasting that no intrepid epicure should miss.
Oysters are the perfect start to any celebration, so join us to kick off the Christmas season in style!
