About this Event
While school tried to teach me that black in not a color but the absence of color, I don’t believe it. Black is cool, black is beautiful, and on this night, black will be delicious. Every dish, from appetizer to dessert, will be black or at least prominently feature black, and I’m very excited to work on this menu. Black lentils, the darkest chocolate, olives, blackberries, and Forbidden Rice are just some of the ingredients that we might cook with and that we’ll all enjoy eating it up!
