Mid-February will have Valentine’s Day in the rearview mirror and the Olympics in full swing! Heck, we might even have some of the competition and festivities on in the background as we cook all sorts of breakfast favorites. These won’t be dishes for Olympians nor Italian specialties but instead a wide array of breakfast—and brunch—treats inspired by the Wheaties box of long, long ago. And no Wheaties eating required!
