About this Event

Join us for a magical day at the Frozen Fall Harvest Festival! Immerse your family in the enchanting world of Arendelle with Anna, Elsa, Kristoff, and even a surprise appearance by Hans. The day will be filled with fun activities including a Frozen-themed scavenger hunt, pumpkin decorating, a sing-along and dance party, and the chance to build a snowman with Anna and Elsa. Kids can also challenge themselves in a Frozen-themed obstacle course with Kristoff and Hans. Plus, enjoy fall snacks, face painting, and more! This event is perfect for all ages and offers a unique opportunity to create lasting memories with your favorite Frozen characters. Tickets are limited to 100 guests, so be sure to secure yours early. We can't wait to see you there!I'm



Terms and conditions

By purchasing a ticket to the Frozen Fall Harvest Festival, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Ticket Purchases:

- All ticket sales are final. No refunds , transfers, or exchanges will be provided unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

- Early Bird tickets are limited to the first 30 purchasers and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Children under 2 years old can attend for free and do not require a ticket.

- Tickets are sold exclusively on Eventbrite.

2. Event Admission:

- Tickets are required for entry. Please present your digital or printed ticket at the check-in.

- Each ticket admits one person. Children 2 years and older, as well as adults, require individual tickets.

- The event is limited to 100 guests to ensure a quality experience.

- This event is suitable for all ages.


3. Health and Safety:

- Guests agree to comply with any health and safety guidelines that may be in place at the time of the event.

- Parents are required to supervise their children during the obstacle course.

- If you or anyone in your party has any food allergies, please inform the event organizers in advance.

- Please monitor your health prior to the event. If you or anyone in your party is feeling unwell, we ask that you refrain from attending.


4. Weather Policy:

- The event will take place rain or shine. In case of severe weather, certain activities may be moved indoors or adjusted accordingly.

- No refunds will be issued due to weather-related changes to the event schedule.


5. Force Majeure:

- The event organizers shall not be liable for any failure to perform their obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disasters), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.


6. Parking:

- Parking is free for all attendees. Please follow the signs and directions provided upon arrival.


7. Event Changes:

- The event schedule, activities, and characters are subject to change. The organizers will make every effort to notify ticket holders of any significant changes in advance.


8. Personal Belongings:

- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizer is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.


9. Photography and Media:

- By attending this event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. The images and videos may be used for promotional purposes by the event organizers.

- If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event staff upon arrival.


10. Conduct:

- All guests are expected to behave in a respectful and family-friendly manner. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or ask any guest to leave the event if they are acting inappropriately.


11. Liability Waiver:

- By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you are participating in the event at your own risk. The event organizers, venue, and staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.
