Be inspired by the beauty of fall's changing leaves! Karen Beall, local ceramics artist from krb ceramics, and The Lebanon Valley Conservancy present a FREE clay dish workshop during the November 1, First Friday event at Lebanon Valley Council on the Arts. Space is limited, register at krbceramics.com.The dish theme will be “leaves.” We will use leaves to create shapes on the clay using colorful glazes of your choice. All materials will be provided and the project will include step by step instructions. Plan to spend about an hour making your dish. There will be time to browse the exhibition while you are waiting for glaze to dry between color layers.
Your dish will not be ready to take home. It will need to be fired in a kiln. You can pick it up at Lebanon Valley Council on the Arts after November 16. LVCA is open Saturday from 10 AM to 1 PM and the first Friday of each month from 5 PM to 8 PM.
