This festival began in 1994 with the idea of providing an opportunity for individuals to share their creativity with the community. Over the years, it has become a Muskogee tradition as friends and families explore the talents of approximately 60 vendors. Shoppers also enjoy the delicious food prepared by the youth, returning year after year to meet-up with loved ones for breakfast, lunch or a snack.
