About this Event
Whether you are just starting out or need a quick refresher, this hands-on, half day workshop will immerse participants in the basics of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
This training is aimed at food entrepreneurs, production managers, frontline workers, and anyone responsible for food safety compliance in production settings. In this workshop, we will cover the nine current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) outlined in 21 CFR 117 (subpart B). Expert instructors will also guide you through hands-on cleaning and sanitizing exercises and real world examples of how to apply GMPs in shared kitchens, processing facilities, and other food production and storage spaces. By the end of the workshop, you will have the knowledge and hands-on skills to build these regulatory requirements into everyday workflows.
