Frome Women's Healing Circles
May Circle
In May, we will be working with the sacral chakra and the Goddess Hathor using techniques to heal the sacral chakra including movement, breathwork, mantra and sound healing. We will also be working with the energy of the Full Moon. If you have any orange crystals, you can bring those with you to work with. I will also have crystals that you can use for the session.
What happens in the Circles?
In my Women's Healing Circles, we will use various healing techniques such as the breath, music, movement, meditation and mantras to help heal our bodies and let go of stress and tension. We will also work with guidance cards, essences, crystals, sound and ceremony. We will also journal and I will guide us through journal prompts and self-enquiry.
We will be working with the energies of the Moon, Planets, Astrology, the Cycles of Nature, the Chakras and Elements. We may also work with Angels, Goddesses and other Ascended Masters in meditation.
Most of all, we will be there for each other - together in a Circle, supporting one another on our journeys. This is one of the most powerful healing experiences we can have.
Each month we will have a different theme that we will work with.
When & Where
The next Women’s Circle will take place on Thursday 28 May 2026 from 7.30–9.00pm in my cosy Loft Room on Little Keyford Lane, Frome, BA11 5BA.
Please arrive at 7.15pm for a 7.30pm start. The cost is £15 per person.
Spaces are limited to 8.
What to Bring
I have yoga mats, sheepskins, cushions and blankets. You may want to bring an extra layer of clothing for relaxation. Please feel free to bring a journal.

I haven't been to a Circle before, I don't know what to expect.
Just come along for an evening of relaxation and healing. It is a safe, supportive and nurturing environment where you can just relax and let go of all your stress and day to day life.
