Join us on Thursday 14 May at Little Walcot for the launch of Frome Business Network.

This is a new networking event for founders, business owners and senior employees who want real conversations, not just surface-level chat and a pocket full of business cards they’ll never look at again.

Hosted by locals Nicky Bevan, Emotional Resilience Trainer and Coach, and Gemma Winter, Business Strategist and Nervous System Coach, this event has been created to help local businesses connect in a way that actually feels worthwhile.

This isn’t open networking with no direction.
It’s also not overly formal or full of rigid pitching.

Instead, the morning is designed to feel relaxed but well facilitated, with enough structure to help people settle quickly, meet the right people, and have conversations that are actually useful.

You’ll have the chance to:

• meet other local founders, owners and senior employees
• have more meaningful conversations than standard networking usually allows
• connect with businesses you could collaborate with, sell to, partner with, or learn from
• share what you actually need from your business right now
• leave with useful local connections, not just polite ones

The event will include:

• arrival, coffee and pastry
• a warm welcome and short introduction
• brief 30-second intros from attendees to the table
• guided table conversations
• light prompts to help move beyond small talk
• table rotations so you meet a range of people
• space to ask: what do you actually want from this?
