You will also be working with the versatile fromage blanc to create your own delicious appetizer to bring home. This is a hands-on class where you be stretching your own mozzarella. Cultures and instructions to make over 5 lbs at home are included.
Students must register in advance. All supplies included. No experience necessary. You will take home cheese made in class, plus a kit to make more at home!
