About this Event
January helped you name the vision.
February asks a harder question: who do you need to become to actually live it; especially in your relationships?
This experiential conversation explores how identity, attachment, and self-worth shape the people we choose, the dynamics we tolerate, and the patterns we keep repeating in dating, friendships, work, and community.
Valentine’s season tends to magnify connection, comparison, and loneliness. Instead of focusing on romance alone, this gathering invites a deeper look at why we relate the way we do—and what needs to shift if we want something different.
Together, we’ll unpack:
- Why we’re drawn to the same types of people and situations
- How attachment patterns influence dating, friendships, and boundaries
- The difference between chemistry and compatibility
- How self-abandonment shows up in relationships
- What real, aligned connection actually requires
This is not a lecture and not group therapy.
It’s a reflective, honest space to pause, notice patterns, and reconnect with the version of yourself your vision board assumes already exists.
You’ll leave with:
- Greater clarity around your relational patterns
- Language for boundaries that don’t feel harsh or guilt-driven
- Insight into the identity shifts needed to attract healthier connection
- A grounded sense of what alignment feels like moving forward
Open to all: single, partnered, dating, rebuilding, or redefining connection entirely.
Come curious. Come honest. Come ready to look at yourself with compassion and truth.
