About this Event
What if vision boards weren’t just inspiring collages, but tools backed by science?
In this interactive Mindset Lab, we explore the science behind visualization and how intention, focus, and creativity can help shape the direction of our lives.
During the workshop, we’ll break down powerful concepts like neuroplasticity and the Reticular Activating System (RAS) — the brain’s filtering system that helps us notice opportunities aligned with what we focus on.
Rather than creating a traditional vision board with everything on one page, participants will be guided through creating a Vision Journal. This approach allows you to design different spreads for different areas of your life, making your vision more intentional, organized, and dynamic.
In this workshop you’ll learn about:
🧠 Neuroplasticity — how the brain rewires through repetition and focus
👁 The Reticular Activating System (RAS) — how attention shapes what we notice
✨ The power of clear intention
🎨 Visualization and creativity as tools for goal setting
You’ll create intentional spreads in your vision journal such as:
• Adventures & experiences
• Health and wellness goals
• Creativity and personal growth
• Future dreams
✨ Light snacks will be served.
Hosted by Think Positive Club, a nonprofit expanding access to mindset education, creative reflection, and nervous system wellness tools for the community.
