Together, you’ll explore how past experiences live in the nervous system and how they can begin to shift through awareness, movement, connection, and the somatic felt sense of empowerment.

Through simple somatic practices, guided reflection, and optional partner exercises, you’ll leave with a grounded, practical tool you can use immediately.
This workshop is also a live preview of the work Path to Health will be bringing to Transform Trauma Oxford 2026, one of Europe’s leading trauma, mental health, and wellbeing conferences.
