It's a time when the veil between the living and the spirit world is believed to be at its thinnest, allowing for communication with ancestors and departed loved ones. Samhain is a time for honoring the cycle of life, death, and rebirth, as well as acknowledging and embracing the darkness. It's a deeply spiritual and reflective time, inviting contemplation on mortality, transformation, and the interconnectedness of all things.
Using your senses, we discover the medicinal, magical, and spiritual qualities of the herbs and the ways we can incorporate them into our everyday lives.
This workshop focuses on herbal medicines to support the body's need for rest and restoration. We also look into plants that can enhance our dreamstate and intuition as the veil thins.
