From the Table to the Mission is a Holy Week exhibition being organised by the Road to Peru volunteers, featuring works by local artists together with an Apostles’ Table. Drawing its inspiration from the mystery of the Lord’s Supper, this initiative invites the faithful and the wider public to enter more deeply into the spirit of Lent and Holy Week, and to reflect on how communion with Christ at the table of the Eucharist must bear fruit in charity, service and mission. In this spirit, the exhibition will also serve as a fundraiser in support of the mission of Fr Raymond Portelli in Iquitos, Peru, helping to sustain his generous pastoral and humanitarian work through soup kitchens, a hospice, a drug rehabilitation centre, a polyclinic, and a home for the elderly.
