We’ll kick things off by making a Pear and Hazelnut Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette, where you'll master the art of balancing sweet pears with crunchy hazelnuts and a delicate champagne vinaigrette. Next, we’ll show you how to pan-sear the perfect Salmon and prepare a silky White Wine Sauce that will make you feel like a true French chef. We’ll also teach you how to cook Haricot Vert with Lemon, turning these simple green beans into a delightful, zesty side. And, of course, we’ll wrap up the evening with the ultimate French dessert—Apple Tarte Tatin, where you’ll learn the techniques to create this classic, caramelized apple tart that’s as impressive as it is delicious.
