Kale Salad with Pecorino, Currants and Pine Nuts: baby kale with a tangy lemon-Pecorino dressing
Butternut Squash, Sage and Ricotto Pasta “al Forno”: hot from the oven- rich layers of cheese, fall squash and fresh sage
Stuffed Pork “Rotolo”: butterflied roast rolled with sweet Italian sausage and herb stuffing
Charred Broccoli Rabe With Lemony Bread Crumbs: greens with a crunchy topping
Chocolate Torta “Soffice” with Mascarpone Cream: a “soft” chocolate cake, that’s even better the next day

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
