Through the practices of breath, somatic movement, yoga, mudras, guided meditation & Reiki, we release stress, regulate our nervous system & remove blockages of stagnant energy.

A yoga mat, blocks and bolsters are provided. Please bring water and wear comfortable clothes. We recommend you to bring extra layers to be cozy during guided meditation.
Instructor Bio
Allison Elana Evans is passionate about sharing her experience with the aim of building community focused on self-growth & healing. Her own past exposed her to the struggles of toxic living. With an innate need to evolve and the desire to live fully & healthily, she turned to the study of many practices. She has found a deep compassion for human suffering, with immeasurable tools to share in the path of self discovery. Her purpose is to educate her community in the practices of presence & connection within ourselves, with our fellow humans & with our environment. Allison is a Registered Yoga Teacher, Usui Reiki II Certified, Bachelor of Arts in Dance & Science in Biology, NASM Personal Training and Level I & II Aerial Silks Certified. She is devoted to the path of building a more beautiful tomorrow and believes this starts from within each and every one of us.
