About this event :
Many organisations recognise the importance of sustainability, but turning ambition into action can be challenging.
Often, the issue is not a lack of commitment, but the need for a clearer understanding of priorities, barriers, and practical next steps.
The CSBT Sustainability Transformation Lab is an interactive event designed to help organisations address sustainability challenges in a meaningful and practical way. Participants will explore what sustainability means in their own context, identify key goals and gaps, and reflect on the barriers and opportunities that shape progress. The event will also support participants in considering how sustainability connects to organisational strategy, performance, resilience, and wider policy implications.
A highlight of the programme is a LEGO® Serious Play® session, where participants will visualise ambitions, surface hidden assumptions, and co-create future strategies in a structured, hands-on environment. Through discussion and collaborative problem-solving, the lab will help organisations generate practical actions, share experiences, and build connections that may lead to future collaborative sustainability projects .
